What SwipeSelect Is
SwipeSelect is a technology platform and lead marketplace. We are not an insurance carrier, insurance agency, insurance broker, or provider of insurance quotes. We do not guarantee that any lead will become a policyholder, customer, appointment, bind, sale, or commissionable transaction.
SwipeSelect gives insurance professionals the ability to review partial lead information before purchase. Once a lead is purchased, additional lead details may become available, subject to the customer's account permissions, plan type, and applicable compliance rules.
No Guarantee of Results
Lead performance can vary based on many factors, including but not limited to:
- Agent speed to lead
- Call attempts and follow-up process
- Product availability
- Carrier appetite
- Pricing competitiveness
- Licensing and appointment status
- State regulations
- Consumer intent
- Market conditions
SwipeSelect does not guarantee contact rates, quote rates, bind rates, premium volume, return on investment, or revenue.
Compliance Responsibility
SwipeSelect is built with compliance in mind, but each customer is responsible for ensuring that their own use of lead data complies with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, carrier rules, and internal business policies.
Customers are responsible for their own outreach practices, including calls, texts, emails, ringless voicemail, automated dialing, prerecorded messages, artificial voice technology, CRM campaigns, and follow-up sequences.
