What you're responsible for as the licensed agent when you contact a lead.
No consent representation
SwipeSelect is an independent technology platform that lists insurance leads from a variety of third-party sources. We do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any individual lead has provided prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or any equivalent state law. You are solely responsible for confirming a valid legal basis to contact a lead before doing so.
Your responsibilities as the agent
- Verify your state license and carrier authority for each lead before contact.
- Scrub every phone number against the federal and applicable state Do-Not-Call registries.
- Respect calling-time windows in the consumer's local timezone.
- Stop calling and texting immediately on request and record the opt-out.
- Do not use ATDS, prerecorded voice, or SMS messaging unless you have independently confirmed you have the consent required by law.
Disputes and takedowns
If a consumer disputes contact, email us at garcia.algarcia@gmail.com with the lead ID. We will suppress the record from the marketplace and, where appropriate, credit the lead.
