Account information: name, email, phone, agency name, license details, and payment information.
Lead data: consumer information submitted through our lead sources (name, contact details, insurance qualifying fields, source URL, and submission timestamp).
Usage data: device, browser, pages viewed, swipes and purchases, and other interactions with the Services.
Cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and product improvement.

How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the Services.
To process subscriptions, lead purchases, refunds, and payouts.
To verify identity, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
To send transactional emails and, with consent, marketing communications.

How we share information

We share information only with: (i) licensed agents who purchase a given lead, (ii) service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payments, email, analytics), and (iii) authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain account records for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on SOC 2-aligned infrastructure.

Your choices

Access, correct, or delete your account from Account settings.
Unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message or at /unsubscribe.
Consumers may request deletion of their lead record by emailing us.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
