What is SwipeSelect and who is it for?+

SwipeSelect is a mobile-first marketplace where licensed insurance agents preview, filter, and purchase verified leads one at a time or in bulk. It's built for auto, home, life, health, and commercial agents who want to control exactly which leads they buy.

How do leads get verified before they show up in my feed?+

Every lead is captured through TCPA-compliant consent forms with timestamped IP, source URL, and a stored consent receipt. We screen for duplicates, invalid phones, and obvious test data before publishing to the marketplace.

How much do leads cost?+

Prices are set per lead based on type, quality tier (Premium, Preferred, Standard), and demand. You see the exact price before you swipe — no surprise charges, no monthly minimums. Bulk purchases unlock automatic volume discounts.

What's the difference between Single (swipe) and Bulk Buy?+

Single mode lets you preview one lead at a time and swipe right to claim or left to skip — perfect for hand-picking. Bulk Buy lets you set filters and a quantity, then purchase a batch in one shot, sorted by oldest, newest, or lowest price.

When do I see the lead's full contact info?+

First name, city/state, and key qualifying fields are visible before purchase. Full name, phone, secondary phone, email, and the consent receipt unlock the moment you confirm a buy — usually within one second.

Does SwipeSelect connect to my CRM?+

The built-in SwipeSelect CRM — where purchased leads land instantly with pipeline, follow-ups, quotes, and analytics — is included on the Pro plan and above. To work with outside CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, every purchased lead can be exported as a CSV or Excel file (with full contact info, metadata, and consent records) and imported into the CRM of your choice.

Is there a contract or monthly fee?+

A monthly subscription is required to purchase leads — choose either the Starter or Pro plan. There are no long-term contracts: both plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.

How do payments work?+

Your monthly subscription is billed automatically on the same date each month that you originally subscribed. Lead purchases are charged separately at the time of purchase to the card on file — there's no wallet or prepaid balance to maintain. Receipts and invoices are downloadable from your account.

What states and lead types are supported?+

We currently support all 50 U.S. states across auto, home, life, health, Medicare, and commercial lines. Coverage and lead volume vary by state and type — use the marketplace filters to see live availability.

Is my data and my leads' data secure?+

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on SOC 2-aligned infrastructure. We never resell your account data, and lead consent records are retained for compliance.
