Compliance & Security

A short, plain-language overview of how we work to protect agents, consumers, and data. This page is informational and is not legal advice.

TCPA and outreach

SwipeSelect does not warrant or guarantee that any individual lead has provided prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Agents are solely responsible for confirming a valid legal basis to contact a lead — including DNC scrubs, calling-time windows, and any required consent — before placing a call, sending a text, or initiating an automated message. See the TCPA page for what's expected at contact time.

Data protection

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Role-based access control with least-privilege defaults.
  • Audit logging on sensitive administrative actions.
  • A SOC 2 Type II program is in progress; a security questionnaire is available on request.

Licensing

Agents are required to attest that they hold an active state license for the lines and states in which they purchase leads. We may verify these attestations against publicly available state department-of-insurance records and reserve the right to suspend accounts that misrepresent their licensing.

Independent platform

SwipeSelect is an independent technology platform. We are not an insurance carrier, agent, or broker, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any insurance carrier. Any carrier names that appear on the site are used solely for identification.
